Managed Operation
Chatticus offers a managed operation tier for $20 a month. This document defines what is included in that service and the level of access it provides to the Anthus team.
This definition serves as the foundation for our marketing messaging across the delegation ladder and beta pricing pages.
The Core Premise: Access, Not Just Updates
"We keep it updated" is true, but it is the weakest possible description of what $20 a month buys. It sounds like patch management. What is actually being sold is access to the people building the thing, at a moment when the field is moving fast enough that being close to a team that dogfoods it is worth more than any feature.
This level of access is available because the beta is small. It is a genuine scarcity, and it should be presented as a reason to join now rather than later.
What is Included
From the foundational baseline to the most valuable, here is what the managed service provides:
1. Updates, with Anthus first
We keep your rapidly-evolving deployment updated. More importantly, we go first. Our own organizations run the same deployment and receive every release before any customer does. "We run what we ship, before you run it" is the proof of everything else we offer.
2. A direct channel to the developers
You are not routed to a ticket queue or a tiered support desk. You have a direct channel to the people who wrote the code. They are reachable, and we publish and keep a defined response time (one business day).
3. Early visibility
You get insight into what is coming next. You see what we are learning from running our own organizations at the front of the field, and you learn what broke for us so it does not break for you.
4. Roadmap input
Beta customers can state what they need and see their input land in the product. This is cheap for us to offer now, genuinely scarce, and impossible for a large closed vendor to match at this price.
5. A first look at professional services work
You get a front-row seat to the patterns we build for one customer, shared with the rest of the managed customers where nothing confidential is involved.
